When I joined in 2008, I started as a software test engineer. I later shifted to development, and now, seventeen years have passed.

Every role offers its own unique experience. What's truly special here is that work and life never feel like an either-or choice.

The most important milestones in my life—marriage, welcoming children, raising a family—have all been embraced with the support of ALSI.

After joining ALSI, I gradually shed my naivety and grew from a developer into a team leader.
